Cheesy Scrambled Egg On Toast

This is a quick and easy go-to breakfast that simply takes minutes.

Equipment

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Toaster

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp oil any oil (basic vegetable oil works well)
  • 2 tbsp cheese grated (can be more or less depending on preference)
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oil in the frying pan
  • Once the oil is hot, crack your eggs into the pan
  • Place your bread into your toaster (or grill) and begin to toast
  • Now your eggs are part-cooked, sprinkle your grated cheese on top and scramble with your spatula. Continue to leave on the heat until cooked through, moving the egg around the pan regularly to avoid sticking
  • Once your bread is toasted to preference, butter it up and place the scrambled egg on top
